Ampeg Gear Guide Videos for 2004
Ampeg Guitar and Bass amps... Hi all,

Dana has sent us a sweet Ampeg DVD which I have made available as 1 large zip file or as 6 separate chapters (for easy download).

Be sure to view these videos before you go to your favorite music store to purchase your new Ampeg amp!

Even if your not going bass amp shopping check it out cuz the segments are way cool!

You will need the Divx codec to view these. Download it at http://divx.com .
The videos are here
Enjoy!

Ampeg questions...
Ampeg Guitar and Bass amps... Hello,

My name is Jeremy Horning, I am a manager at Guitar Center . In our stock we have a few v412 cabinets. I have not been able to find any specs on these cabinets any where, and I was wondering if it would be possible to get some. Secondly, I'm currently running a Svt4-pro and a Svt610hlf. I tried running a Svt4-pro thru the v412ta angled cab, for a different tone. To my shock it didn't bottom out and had a very nice mid/high mid tone to it. I know Geezer Buttler has been running 4x12s along with 8x10s for a long time, but my only concern is if the speakers will be able to handle the bass frequencies or would I need to put new speakers in the cab so it would be able to withstand being used as part of a bass rig. Any thing you could offer to help out would be great. Thanks for your time.

For those of you who have any questions about the new horn protectors in all Ampeg cabinets with crossovers. Here is recent note written to me from the designer of the crossover.
